Espoo Talent Hub is an umbrella that encompasses the Competence Centre for Highly Educated Immigrants, Employment Espoo services and Talent Espoo. Talent Espoo is City of Espoo's response to the cross-sectoral implementation of the national Talent Boost programme together with a vast partner network.
